Peter Paul Gichinja

Peter is from the Datoga tribe.  Before he started primary school, Peter sheparded his parents’ cattle, where he watched the tourist cars going to visit Lake Eyasi. From that time Peter dreamed of becoming a guide – a dream he worked hard to realize. Peter began his career as a porter on Mount Kilimanjaro (highest free standing mountain in the world) and Mount Meru for over two years, then became a guide in the national parks in Northern Tanzania. His exuberant personality combined with his vast knowledge of nature and the environment make Peter an incredible guide on your Safari and trek.
